Visitor parking at
Waltham Estate RMO.
To obtain a visitor parking permit please note the following:
- Download RingGo app on your phone
- Use location code as shown on the signage within the estate

To obtain a visitor permit please note the following:
- SmartParking will no longer provide a telephone service for booking parking, only for ticketing and complaints.
- Visitors to download Ringo App via mobile device to purchase visitor permit online.
- Use location code as shown on the signage within the Estate
- Residents can purchase Visitors permit from Ringo App with a maximum of 10 per household per month, but no more than 70 in a year.
- SmartParking will provide a 24-hour parking service
- Resident / Visitor to ensure that permit active or you will risk getting a penalty notice.
- WERMO hold no responsibility for the visitor permit online once purchased. There are no refunds for any visitor permit.

It is not the responsibility of the housing office to remind you in advance when your vehicle documents are due to expire. The notice period to provide these documents is a minimum of 1 full business day, prior to the expiry date.
